Yes, that's me on my wedding day...

Little did I know all those years ago the adventure I was beginning. I remember how much my cheeks hurt from smiling so much. How beautiful the blooms on the lilac tree's were. I remember how handsome I thought Brian looked in his tuxedo. I remember how the snow fell in May, yes MAY! But how the sun came out that evening for the most perfect night. I also remember being surrounded by so many people I loved. How special I felt and how excited I was for our future together. 

Your wedding will be just as special, filled with just as many beautiful memories. 

Telling your wedding story through images is my favorite thing to do. I love to watch each couples story unfold. To capture the love and laughter. To watch for those unexpected moments that make each wedding day unique and memorable. 

And one day I hope you will look back on and album or image displayed in your home and be brought back to that day, and all the love will still be there.

A little history....

I didn't start as a Wedding Photographer... I actually was a professional scrapbooker. I designed pages for a national magazine (Creating Keepsakes) and was honored to be on their 2007 Hall of Fame. I worked for All My Memories designing products and pages for their retail store. Telling my family story on the pages of a scrapbook, was a great training for becoming a photographer. I became and expert at paying attention to the details that make our stories unfold. I learned how to look for the moments that might be over looked. I focused on the importance of design and how it impacts the images I would take. But most importantly, I learned the power of a moment in time. That photographs are story tellers, and those images will out live the memories that they capture.

I take those skills and that vision to every client that I work with. 

My Why...

Remember that future I was excited about on my wedding day? Well, this cute group turned out to be that future. When I am not behind a camera, I'm with this crazy crew. We are a whole lot of goofy, love to travel and love to play games and get comfy in our sweats and watch a movie. I love them more than I could express. They are my everything.
